Warranty:
General warranty for products
All products sold on the Mama's Shop are covered by the conventional warranty provided by the manufacturer and by the legal warranty of 24 months for defects of conformity, pursuant to art. 128 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, 12 months for "used" products. The warranty conditions of the products start from the date of purchase (indicated on the receipt). In the case of issuing an invoice, the legal warranty will be 12 months. To benefit from the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or receipt) that he will receive at his address proving the date of entry into possession of the product.
Warranty failure
The customer who finds a fault with his/her device can benefit from the Manufacturer's warranty by contacting the Manufacturer's authorised assistance network, proving the validity of his/her purchase through the invoice (or receipt) received at his/her home, after the purchase, according to the terms indicated in the warranty paragraph of the product's user manual.
Furthermore, pursuant to articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the product that presents a lack of conformity is subject to a 24-month warranty. To benefit from this warranty, the product must have been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.
This guarantee is reserved for the Consumer (a natural person who purchases the product exclusively for the satisfaction of a personal need or that of his family not related to his professional activity, i.e. the person who purchases without providing any VAT number in the order form), and implies that starting from the sixth month from the purchase, the lack of conformity must be proven by the Consumer at his own expense.
If, following verification, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and repair requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by Mama's.
In case of exercising the legal guarantee, the customer can contact Mama's.
To the extent permitted by law, in the application of the legal or conventional guarantee of the manufacturer, Mama's assumes no liability for loss, damage or alteration of data, loss of profits, losses caused by the use of the Product or its functionality, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of revenue, loss of presumed savings, losses due to increased costs or expenses, or for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, arising from the restoration or replacement of the product.
No damages can be claimed for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, it is always necessary that the goods are returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to avoid damage to the original packaging, we recommend the use of packaging that prevents any type of transport damage and we remind you that in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product must be avoided.
Any damage due to inappropriate packaging will result in the non-acceptance of the product.
