General Conditions
These General Conditions govern the relationship between Mama's Music Store srl (hereinafter referred to as Mama's) and the Customer, in relation to the purchase of products, identified and described in the offer as it appears on the website www.mamasmusicstore.it which constitutes an integral part of these conditions.

Please remember that it is the Customer's sole responsibility to read and accept these General Conditions before submitting the purchase order, the text of which will always remain available and accessible to the Customer on the home page of the website www.mamasmusicstore.it
These General Conditions, drawn up exclusively in Italian, may be subject to modifications also as a result of subsequent provisions of law and/or regulations, which will be made known to Customers through appropriate advertising on the website www.mamasmusicstore.it
Site Registration
Registration on the site is, for security reasons, mandatory for the Customer who intends to make a purchase of the products offered by Mama's . He is required to proceed with the registration of his personal data, as well as to provide his e-mail address, as better specified within the site.
The Customer also guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of all data and information provided to Mama's and will therefore hold it harmless from any third party claims in any way related to such obligations.
Choosing the product to buy
Following the registration process, the Customer can proceed to make purchases by inserting the products of interest into the appropriate 'cart', choosing the payment method and indicating the data for shipping and billing.
At any time before sending the order, the Customer may correct, using specific tools on the page or in the software, any errors made when filling out the order. The order will be final and can no longer be modified until it has been sent to Mama's.
How to Purchase
The Customer can only purchase the products and services present in the electronic catalogue viewable on the website www.mamasmusicstore.it and available, subject to stock availability, at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets. The information sheets will contain all the information necessary for the Customer also pursuant to Legislative Decree 70/2003
It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product is for demonstration purposes and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics. All information supporting the purchase is to be understood as simple generic information material communicated to Mama's by the manufacturer and therefore may vary without any responsibility on the part of Mama's
Acceptance of the General Conditions
Before submitting the order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and that he fully accepts the general and payment conditions provided for in the purchase procedure itself as well as in these General Conditions.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) , dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the domicile or place indicated by the buyer, as said purchases are perfected outside of commercial premises.
The importance of the aforementioned regulation is embodied in the provision of the right of withdrawal for the buyer.
CAN I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
The law provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by retailers or by persons who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within ten working days of receiving the goods, returning the goods subject to withdrawal to the seller, who will reimburse the price of the returned goods. It should be noted that in the case of prize operations (so-called promotions), in which the purchase of a good is combined with another good that is sold at a negligible price or even given away, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods subject to purchase, given the constraint of the accessory nature of the good in promotion with respect to the first.
WHAT DOES IT EXCLUDE?
The right of withdrawal excludes all purchases whose delivery is completed within a point of sale. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products or computer software delivered sealed, which have been opened by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal applies to purchased goods and therefore excludes delivery costs to the recipient which constitute a service that the latter has used.
HOW DO YOU EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
It is necessary to have the following documents and data available:
- original invoice;
- in case of partial withdrawal, in addition to the purchase invoice, the item code(s);
- bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN code - Current Account of the invoice holder);
The procedure is summarized below:
Sending a signed communication (by registered mail with return receipt) containing a declaration of wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data [your order number, invoice number, the email address with which you registered, which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code), as well as the bank details that will allow us to make a bank transfer in your favour for the refund].
HOW DO YOU MAKE A "RETURN" SHIPMENT TO Mamasmusicstore.it?
1. After activating the withdrawal procedure, it is necessary to insert the original packaging containing the goods in a special package, in such a way as to safeguard the original packaging of the products from any damage, writing or alteration . Mamasmusicstore.it reserves the right to refuse the goods received in the event of failure to comply with the procedure indicated above.
2. The goods must be sent, at your own expense, within five days of the return authorization communicated by our after-sales office (art. 67 Legislative Decree 206/2005), to the following address: Mama's Music Store srl Via San Giovanni snc Telese Terme 82037
Warning: it is recommended to use a courier or other suitable means for shipping to allow tracking of the shipment. It is understood that Mama's Music Store will not proceed with the refund of the goods subject to withdrawal, if it does not receive the relative delivery.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN TRANSFER?
Within 30 working days of receiving the goods, Mama's Music Store will credit the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. The aforementioned credit will reimburse the value of the products and not the shipping costs for both shipments, which remain the responsibility of the customer. This is in accordance with art. 54, paragraph 1, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
WARNINGS
Mama's Music Store reserves the right not to accept shipments of components or products that:
- do not contain original packaging, accessories and manuals;
- were carried out without having activated the request for intervention to the Customer Service of Mama's Music Store ;
- have been made without following the sending methods indicated by Customer Service Mama's Music Store .
SHIPPING COSTS ARE ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
