Switching between TRUE BYPASS and the new ULTRA BUFFER
Pitchblack XS, in addition to featuring a TRUE BYPASS circuit that leaves the input sound unchanged, now also includes the new ULTRA BUFFER. But why is this aspect so important?
Most electric guitars use passive pickups with high impedance output. Using cables longer than 6 meters causes a degradation of the timbre, usually on the high frequencies; a phenomenon that tends to worsen using longer cables. The BUFFER increases the signal on long cables to avoid this tonal alteration, maintaining the clear and clean sound even with the pedal turned off. The ULTRA BUFFER improves the sound quality in Bypass mode, to maintain the audio quality even when using long cables to connect the tuner or installing it in a complex effects pedalboard. On the Pitchblack XS , you can select TRUE BYPASS or ULTRA BUFFER, base on your personal tastes and needs.
Pitchblack XS features a unique design with the footswitch integrated into the display, a factor that has allowed us to balance size, robustness and visibility of the display itself. Featuring a robust cabinet with a resistant powder finish, the switch is able to always respond, wherever it is pressed regardless of the position or angle of the foot or the pedal itself.
On the Pitchblack XS, to achieve better performance in terms of visibility, a larger display and a greater number of LEDs in the METER have been introduced. The Bright Mode (brightness regulation) can be adjusted in 2 levels, to obtain optimal visibility even in critical operating conditions such as on brightly lit stages, or outdoors.
The Pitchblack XS allows for fast and precise tuning with a tolerance of just 0.1 cents when in Strobe mode; this makes it the ideal tool for professional live or recording situations where intonation is a fundamental parameter where no approximations or inaccuracies are allowed.
On the Meter Display you can choose between 4 types of display according to your personal needs during the tuning phase: REGULAR, STROBE, HALF STROBE , indicate the pitch variations from the direction and fluctuation of the METER, to distinguish even the smallest pitch differences; MIRROR instead displays two LEDs on the left and right that cross towards the center.
The Pitchblack XS features a new “JUST-RIGHT TUNING” display function, which makes the triangular LEDs on both sides flash when the tuning is correct, a convenient function that will really help every musician!

For every transaction made with this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Payments are accepted only from users registered on the Italian PayPal site.
You can split your orders into installments and choose the payment method that suits you best. Our website offers Scalapay, Pagolight, or PayPal Later. These systems are secured with a safe connection.
Non-online payment method. With this method, a page will display the necessary details to complete the payment. As this is not an immediate payment method, the seller will wait for the actual crediting of the amount before proceeding with the shipping process.
You can pay for your orders up to €1999 in cash upon delivery to the courier. A 4% commission is applied to this payment method.
The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery will be made at street level (not to the floor). Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postal fees.
At the time of shipment, you will receive a Tracking Code to track your delivery (not all couriers provide it).
The shipping within Italy is FREE for orders with a minimum amount of €149. For international shipments, costs vary depending on the country and the total weight of the products.
Our shipments are insured. The boxes are adequately sized, and your items are well protected.
For payments via PayPal or Credit Card, shipping will take place in the days following the payment. For bank transfer payments, shipping will occur once we receive confirmation of the credit transfer.
