M-Audio BX4 BT dispone di controlli sul pannello posteriore che consentono di personalizzare l'equalizzazione e la posizione degli altoparlanti attivi. I controlli High-EQ e Low-EQ consentono a chiunque di aggiungere un pò di bassi o di nitidezza in più alla propria musica. Lo switch della posizione dell'altoparlante attivo Left/Right consente di scegliere quale altoparlante è il lato sinistro o destro. Questo è molto utile se sei mancino e vuoi che l'altoparlante con il controllo del volume del pannello frontale sul lato sinistro.
