Nutube is a revolutionary vacuum tube that has been met with much acclaim since its introduction in 2015. The MV50's unique analog preamp design incorporates the Nutube and delivers a true tube sound. Engineers have taken full advantage of this new technology by designing a miniature, low-power, low-voltage amplifier. Even though the amplifier has been reduced in size, the true tube amp sound remains alive.

The Rock model has a very aggressive High Gain tone.
Since the MV50 head also features a line/headphone output, it can be connected directly to a mixer or an audio interface, allowing it to be used as a recording amplifier. In addition, the cabinet simulator circuit accurately reproduces the characteristics of a cabinet and the movement of air. VOX cabinet simulations are based on the technical experience of engineers, using high-quality microphones together with the most famous microphone preamps.
The MV50 amplifier is perfect when paired with the Black Cab Series cabinets: BC108 and BC112.
