Inspired by the design of a traditional classical guitar, the SLG200N features a slim neck and body, and a low action that allows guitarists to adopt a more aggressive playing style, making it easy for even those who wouldn't normally choose to perform with a classical guitar. SRT Powered is a new system designed to recreate the body resonance of an acoustic guitar in a bodyless guitar. Yamaha developed SRT Powered by collaborating with recording artists to create a system tailored to the unique properties of the new SLG body and modeled after the sounds of a high-end Yamaha acoustic guitar captured using a carefully selected microphone in a professional recording studio environment. By truly reproducing the sound of an acoustic guitar—right down to its natural sustain and decay—Yamaha allows guitarists to experience the resonance, body tone, and feel of an acoustic guitar. The SRT Powered sound can also be blended with the sound of the instrument's piezo pickups, allowing guitarists even more flexibility in their creative endeavors. Because the SLG can virtually reproduce the sound of a guitar recorded with a microphone, musicians are freed from the complicated procedures involved in mic-ing a guitar when recording at home or in other situations. The SLG's detachable top frame means its practicality and portability go far beyond that of a conventional guitar. The included deluxe gig bag can be transported with ease. The SLG's slim body gives these instruments excellent playability and allows players to transition to an electric guitar without any discomfort if the need arises. With the SLG, Yamaha set out to give a modern twist to the classic contours of a conventional guitar. The distinctive design that emerged is the result of a collaborative effort between the project team and the Yamaha Design Laboratory and combines traditional guitar lines with an innovative new shape unlike any other guitar before it. The SLG's bodyless design delivers a natural, quiet sound that allows guitarists to play without disturbing others, whether practicing late at night or jamming in the living room when the family is home. The SLG200N is 90% quieter than a conventional classical guitar. The Yamaha SLG offers excellent durability thanks to its solid body construction, so players don't have to worry about damaging the instrument when performing live or traveling. Both the steel and nylon models feature a dual-action truss rod, allowing for both convex and concave adjustments. You can pay for your orders up to €1999 in cash upon delivery to the courier. A 4% commission is applied to this payment method.
The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery will be made at street level (not to the floor). Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postal fees.
At the time of shipment, you will receive a Tracking Code to track your delivery (not all couriers provide it).
The shipping within Italy is FREE for orders with a minimum amount of €149. For international shipments, costs vary depending on the country and the total weight of the products.
