La nuova serie B-Hype di Db Technologies utilizza amplificatori in Classe D altamente efficienti che permettono al sistema di raggiungere vigorosi livelli di pressione sonora. Db Technologies B-HYPE 15 è un diffusore attivo 15' versatile, equipaggiato con un compression driver (bobina 1') e un woofer da 15' (bobina 2'). Il pattern di dispersione è asimmetrico sull'asse verticale e diversificato (nella parte alta e bassa) su quello orizzontale. In questo modo la copertura risulta più mirata ed efficiente, in particolare in ambienti riverberanti. L'ingresso combo permette una grande versatilità d'uso, adattandosi ad esempio a un microfono dinamico o a un ingresso line standard.
L'equalizzazione preimpostata BOOST permette di rinforzare le frequenze alte e basse. L'uscita LINK permette il collegamento ad un secondo sistema. La portabilità dei sistemi è garantita da un design contemporaneo e accurato caratterizzato da 3 maniglie di cui due sui lati e una sul top e un peso totale contenuto di 13.9 kg. Inoltre ogni box può essere usato in orizzontale come monitor permettendo un appoggio stabile a 45° su entrambi i lati. I sistemi possono essere usati su treppiede o su palo in combinazione con i sub dBTechnologies.
