After registration, you can make payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your details for future purchases. Choosing this payment method, the amount will be charged directly to your PayPal account. PayPal protects buyer information. For every transaction made with this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Payments are accepted only from users registered on the Italian PayPal site.
You can split your orders into installments and choose the payment method that suits you best. Our website offers Scalapay, Pagolight, or PayPal Later. These systems are secured with a safe connection.
Non-online payment method. With this method, a page will display the necessary details to complete the payment. As this is not an immediate payment method, the seller will wait for the actual crediting of the amount before proceeding with the shipping process.
You can pay for your orders up to €1999 in cash upon delivery to the courier. A 4% commission is applied to this payment method.
The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery will be made at street level (not to the floor). Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postal fees.
At the time of shipment, you will receive a Tracking Code to track your delivery (not all couriers provide it).
The shipping within Italy is FREE for orders with a minimum amount of €149. For international shipments, costs vary depending on the country and the total weight of the products.
Our shipments are insured. The boxes are adequately sized, and your items are well protected.
For payments via PayPal or Credit Card, shipping will take place in the days following the payment. For bank transfer payments, shipping will occur once we receive confirmation of the credit transfer.
