Markbass strings are made in our factory in Abruzzo (Italy), using the best selected innovative materials and the highest quality controls combined with the ancient tradition of the master bow makers. Their art and know-how have also been exported all over the world, offering a superior product with exceptional performance, amazing feel, intonation and reliability!
The BALANCED string series was developed in collaboration with our star artist Paolo "Pi" Costa to offer sets with the best balance between strings and strings. We created a magical blend by mixing the bright and harmonic rich sound of stainless steel with the warm and deep sound of nickel, in fact these multi-strings have wound only the outer one in nickel-plated steel, covering the stainless steel ones underneath.
As one of the most sought after Italian musicians, Paolo is known for being a perfectionist and for his high standards. We have done many tests and studio recordings with him to accurately match those standards, delivering a super balanced sound to bring the tuned perfection to the studio for live performances!

PayPal is an online payment system that requires opening an account with PayPal. When completing a purchase with this payment method, a PayPal page will appear where you can enter your email and password, or proceed with creating a new account. After registration, you can make payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your details for future purchases. Choosing this payment method, the amount will be charged directly to your PayPal account. PayPal protects buyer information. For every transaction made with this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Payments are accepted only from users registered on the Italian PayPal site.
You can split your orders into installments and choose the payment method that suits you best. Our website offers Scalapay, Pagolight, or PayPal Later. These systems are secured with a safe connection.
Non-online payment method. With this method, a page will display the necessary details to complete the payment. As this is not an immediate payment method, the seller will wait for the actual crediting of the amount before proceeding with the shipping process.
You can pay for your orders up to €1999 in cash upon delivery to the courier. A 4% commission is applied to this payment method.
The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery will be made at street level (not to the floor). Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postal fees.
At the time of shipment, you will receive a Tracking Code to track your delivery (not all couriers provide it).
The shipping within Italy is FREE for orders with a minimum amount of €149. For international shipments, costs vary depending on the country and the total weight of the products.
Our shipments are insured. The boxes are adequately sized, and your items are well protected.
For payments via PayPal or Credit Card, shipping will take place in the days following the payment. For bank transfer payments, shipping will occur once we receive confirmation of the credit transfer.
