Eko Guitars PowerBlend PB01 is a pickup with two systems: Magnetic (humbucker) and Condenser Microphone; the function of the Magnetic pickup is to collect the sound from the strings during the performance, while the microphone, in addition to making the response on the guitar sound more faithful, makes it possible to use the guitar as a percussion instrument, using the most modern techniques for the instrument. The combination of the Magnetic + Microphone sound gives a full, full-bodied, warm and powerful sound. PB01 is suitable for acoustic guitars with a sound hole measuring from 90mm to 105mm and is easy to install, it can be installed permanently or temporarily without the need to make changes to the instrument. The 3V battery can be used for 105 hours continuously: remember to disconnect the jack whenever the amplified instrument is not used.
TEMPORARY INSTALLATION (TEST OR TRIAL):
1. Loosen the strings.
2. Insert the pickup into the hole and pop out the output jack.
3. Retune your guitar and connect the output jack to your amplifier after you are ready.
PERMANENT INSTALLATION:
1. Prepare the instrument by completely loosening the strings.
2. Drill a 12mm hole in the bottom of the instrument at the wood block; remove the nut from the output jack and then insert the output jack into the drilled hole, adjusting the limit screw.
3. Secure the cables inside the guitar using the supplied cable tie.
4. Re-string and tune.
PRECAUTIONS
- Read the manual before use
- Be careful not to over-tighten the pickup screws on the soundhole and avoid damaging the paintwork.
- Be careful not to leave the rubber cable resting on the guitar finish for too long.
- Any modification (or opening of the pickup which has a sealed casing) to the product voids the warranty
- Store in a dry place
- Keep the battery in a dry and cool place, and away from metal objects
- Remove the battery to avoid battery loss if you do not use the pickup for a long time.
- The warranty is void if original accessories are not used.

The shipping within Italy is FREE for orders with a minimum amount of €149. For international shipments, costs vary depending on the country and the total weight of the products.
